At its meeting on October 18, the Board of Education appointed two new members to fill vacant seats. Colleen Ingram of Lebanon Township was appointed to the High Bride/Lebanon Township seat and Marc Strauss of Clinton Township was appointed to the Clinton Township/Lebanon Borough seat. The North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District was awarded a safety grant check in the amount of $41,400 by the New Jersey School Boards Association Insurance Group (NSJABIG). Tewksbury Township resident and Voorhees High School senior, Antoinette Metzler, took her AP Biology final project one step further by creating a field guide about the plants that surround the historic farmhouse on the Voorhees High School property for her Girl Scout Gold Award submission.
