Goal 1: By the end of the 2025–2026 school year, increase staff satisfaction with school climate
and support systems through initiatives focused on staff camaraderie, wellness, recognition, and
facility improvements. Data from the School Climate Improvement survey that is conducted
annually will be analyzed to determine improvements, as well as qualitative data collected
through the Strategic Planning Advisory Committee.
Goal 2: By June 2026, the district will successfully develop and begin implementation of a
future-ready learning framework, leading to increased integration of AI tools in instruction and
learning, and enhanced authentic learning opportunities across all grade levels, as measured by
curriculum documentation, teacher professional development records, and student engagement
metrics.
Goal 3: Enhance the transparency of financial operations to the community by early
communication of budget information, establishing budget timelines that are communicated
early and regularly and the inclusion of facility project discussions during the FY 2026-2027
annual budget process.
Goal 4: By June 2026, the district will implement a multi-platform communication strategy
(website, social media, newsletters) that increases stakeholder engagement.
