Goal 1: To create academic excellence through 21st-century learning and innovative and creative teaching methods.
Objectives:
- Provide professional development to support progressive and innovative teaching and learning
- Create engaging learning experiences emphasizing cross-curricular collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving

Goal 4: To engage community resources in order to develop partnerships that provide authentic learning experiences and career development.
Objectives:
- NHV district and sending districts will continue to work towards developing a shared K-12 mentality
- Expand civic involvement opportunities for students
- Explore internships/work opportunities for students in senior year through partnerships with local businesses and other community organizations
