The Board of Education of the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District
in the County of Hunterdon, New Jersey (the “Board”) provides Notice of Award for a
Professional Services Contract as the Board has awarded a contract or professional
services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-5(a)(i). A Request for Proposals was issued and
proposal submission, evaluation and selection were conducted in conformance with the
requirements for professional services contracts set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-5(a)(i).
The selection of insurance broker and consulting services is in accordance with the
requirements for Extraordinary Unspecified Services (“EUS”) per N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-
5(a)10.
A professional services contract is awarded to CBIZ Insurance Services Inc. as the
Board’s Broker of Record Risk Management Consultant for its Property and Casualty
and Student Accident insurance programs effective July 1, 2026 and act as its Broker
for the aforementioned insurance coverages including all general liability insurance
coverage, including but not limited to the NJSIG program and Philadelphia Indemnity
Insurance Company.
The contract and the authorizing resolution are available for public inspection in the
offices of the Board Secretary located at 1445 State Route 31 South, Annandale, NJ
08801.
