The North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District Board of Education is
requesting proposals (RFP) to obtain from interested and qualified firms a proposal for
School Board Attorney / Legal Services for the one-year contract period commencing
July 1st, 2026 and concluding June 30th, 2027 as outlined in the RFP.
Proposals must be submitted to the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School
District Board of Education no later than Wednesday, April 22, 2026 by 10:00 a.m. EST.

Proposals must be sealed and delivered to the Business Office of the North Hunterdon-
Voorhees Regional High School District, 1445 Route 31 South, Annandale, NJ 08801
on or before the date and time indicated below. The sealed packages must be
delivered between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday,
excluding legal and district holidays.

The Board of Education does not receive electronic (email) submissions at this time.
All respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et
seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any proposals as being non-
responsive or all proposals pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive minor
informalities or non-material exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the Board.
