PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:11-11, the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District Board of Education, in the County of Hunterdon, hereby provides notice of its intention to hold a public hearing on, and vote on the approval of the contract of the Superintendent of Schools for the effective period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2023. The Public Hearing will take place during the Public Meeting of the Board of Education to be held on January 25, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the District Administration Office, located at 1445 State Route 31, Annandale, NJ 08801. At the Public Meeting, the Board will permit the public to make comments on the aforementioned contract of the Superintendent of Schools. The Board, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12 (b), the Open Public Meetings Act, shall not publicly discuss personnel matters and shall not respond to comments made by members of the public. However, the Board will give all comments appropriate consideration. Please be aware that the subjects of this hearing retain the right of privacy and shall retain all rights regarding defamation and slander according to the laws of New Jersey. The Board shall not be held liable for comments made by members of the public. A copy of the contracts are on file and available for review by the Public at the Office of the Board Secretary located in the District Administration Office, at 1445 State Route 31, Annandale, NJ 08801.
