There are more than fifteen million Americans with a history of cancer. Some of these individuals were recently diagnosed, others have been undergoing treatment, while most were diagnosed many years ago. No matter the timeline, cancer has a great impact on the family and more specifically the children. There are often many questions about how to address the needs of children/teens in the family when affected by cancer. This program will provide information and guidance around how to approach this often sensitive issue. Presenter: Jill Kaplan, LCSW – Program Director at Cancer Support Community of Central New Jersey
