Hosted the North Hunterdon H.S. at the Lions Den, led by Coaches Ashley McManus and Christopher Link, as they battled the Hackettstown H.S. Tigers, guided by Coaches Rebecca Bordi, Kristin Meister, and Mike McDonagh. The resulting game was a day of community, celebration, and well-earned competition. The Hackettstown H.S. Tigers set a furious pace in the first half, demonstrating why they were a formidable opponent. By halftime, the Tigers had established a significant lead of 8 goals to the Lions’ 4.
The early dominance was anchored by the combined efforts of several Tigers. Jordan (Shake N Bake) Torres (Tigers) netted 2 goals, while Jacob Vanelli (Tigers) matched that output with 2 goals of his own. The midfield mastery of Isaac (Rewind the Tape) Jaramillo (Tigers), who recorded 2 assists and 2 goals, ensured the pressure never lifted.
