Facilities Usage and Fundraiser Info
Please review the steps below for staff to reserve our Facility:
rSchool is our new scheduler to reserve Facilities and get Fundraiser approval. Below is the link you will use to submit Fundraiser Approvals as well as submit Facility Requests.
FACILITIES USAGE PROCEDURE:
- Please click the calendar link below to see if your event is already on the calendar. If it is not, then review dates and times that are available. Leah Petro,lpetro@nhvweb.net, will not go through the calendar to see if there are open dates for your event, this must be done by you. Leah has enough to deal with handling all that she is required to do and outside groups renting the facility. The goal of this password protected website is for you to check the calendar on the website which will include school events, athletic games, outsider renting groups, etc. If you want to plan an event, you must check this calendar first prior to submitting a facilities request through rSchool. DO NOT SHARE THIS WEBSITE WITH ANYONE OUTSIDE OUR NHHS STAFF.
Many times something will be scheduled and a staff member will be in that particular area and this creates a problem for everyone. It is your responsibility to check the calendar for conflicts with your event.

Notes:
- Use of facilities on Weekends: All student activities are to be out of the building by 3 p.m. on Saturday. That does not mean stop practice or your activity event at 3 p.m. That means the building must be vacated by 3 p.m., unless an event requiring overtime, such as Theatre Production, scrimmage or a game, has been booked through Leah Petro. The Saturday Supervisor ends their shift at 3:30. Contractually, that means they must be off-premises at 3:30 pm as per union contract. Prior to leaving at 3:30, the weekend Supervisor must clean up after any practices or events. After that, they must perform the extended security check, which includes both the interior and exterior of the building. Any group that uses the facility on the weekends MUST be off-premises by 3pm.
- Considering all that must be accomplished after the teams or groups depart, this is a VERY FAIR allotment of time. If overtime is required, the Custodial/Maintenance Supervisor must be informed sufficiently in advance, and then the overtime must be posted as per contract.
Any questions please contact Leah Petro, ext. 4491, lpetro@nhvweb.net
