Grades: rising 7-12 | July 5-17

Rowan University’s STEAM Academy offers hands-on, engaging, and interactive learning designed to build confidence, curiosity, and college readiness.

Grades 7–9 | Voyagers (Commuter Program)

• Hands-on STEAM lessons

• Biology, Earth Science, and Art

• Scholar-leader development sessions

• Breakfast & lunch included

Grades 10–12 | Navigators & Pathfinders (Commuter or Residential)

• Earn transferable college credit in engineering, education, or filmmaking technology

• Take an accredited Rowan University course

• Career exploration & leadership workshops

• Test prep and college readiness

• Experience life on a college campus (residential option)

Become an AI Detective 2.0

Grades: rising 9-12 | July 27-30

Investigate real-world mysteries using AI, drones, and data. Students will learn how artificial intelligence works while building and testing their own models using real-world data.

What Students Will Do

• Train their own AI models using real data

• Explore data analysis and visualization

• Learn the math behind artificial intelligence

• Plan and fly drone missions

• Build a real-world AI project and present results
