Moved within district? Send a copy of your new deed or full-signed lease to your child’s high school Guidance Office (Vivian Prado at NHHS or Mary Turkus at VHS), at least 1 week prior to your move, to prove residency. Aspen will be updated and transportation office will be notified of address change in order to assign new bus route.
New Phone Number or Email Address? Emergency Contact Change? You can identify changes to your contact information through the Emergency Information Form in Aspen. To access form, log into your parent Aspen account, click on Page Directory, click on Health Forms, click on Emergency Information Form. In Section I, please list any contact information changes in the box provided. Please note a change to your email address will change your login ID for Aspen account.
