Special Education Medicaid Initiative

North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District participates in the Federal Program, Special Education Medicaid Initiative (SEMI).  This program provides partial reimbursement for medically-related services listed on a student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP).  

SEMI regulations regarding Medicaid parental consent for school-based services charged require that school districts provide annual written notification and obtain a one-time parental consent.  Please see forms below.
