If you are student at Voorhees please visit the Main Office for working papers. If you are a student at North, please follow the directions listed below.
Any student under 18 years of age must have working papers in order to obtain employment. Forms may be obtained in the Counseling Office. During the school year Part C can be completed by the school nurse if a physical exam was completed within the current year and is on file in the nurses office. During summertime you will need to see your normal physician to complete section C.
Part D, E and F are verified in the guidance office. Please make sure that sections A, B and C are filled out completely before bringing the working papers into guidance.
