Dear VHS Students, Parents/Guardians,
We are excited to announce the details for this year’s Voorhees Ski and Snowboard Club trips to Blue Mountain. Blue Mountain Ski trips are open to both brand-new and experienced skiers/riders.
Trip Details
- Location: Blue Mountain
- Dates:: January 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th.
- Note: Make-up days will be scheduled if needed.
- Capacity: Space is limited due to bus capacity. Trips will fill on a first-come, first-served basis. Trips may fill before the deadline. Only fully completed paperwork and forms will be awarded a spot on the trip.
Registration Process

- Get the Paperwork: The Blue Mountain paperwork (printed on blue paper) can be found in three places:
- Outside rooms 317 and 318
- In the Student Google Classroom (Code: tdz66pzh)
- On the Ski Club Website: https://keraluckhardt.weebly.com/ski-club.html
- Submit Paperwork and Payment:
- All completed paperwork and money MUST be handed directly to Ms. Luckhardt in room 318.
- Do NOT leave it on a desk, or turn it into another teacher, security, or the main office. Only paperwork received directly by Ms. Luckhardt will be considered turned in.
- Only Voorhees students who are participating in ski club can purchase ski passes. Parents, siblings, and Voorhees students who are NOT participating in ski club are unable to purchase passes.
Important Notes for Students
- Students must check their school email regularly. Only the student’s email will receive an email confirmation (or a notification if an issue needs to be resolved) regarding their submission in a very timely manner. Students are not considered registered until all issues are resolved.
