- Club Mission: The Latin Club is designed for students with a special interest in ancient Roman and Greek culture. Activities are designed to promote interest in and gain insight into these cultures. Enrollment: Club is open to all students with an interest in Latin and ancient cultures. Check the activities calendar or the calendar in Room 208 to find out when the monthly activity will be! Meeting Place: Room 208 First Meeting: Thursday, September 7th – at 2:30 Dues: $3 (for national and state organizations) Activities: Past activities have included a Welcoming activity for new members, celebrating Saturnalia, Painting of Windows in December with other language clubs, World Language Week activities, designing a Latin Club T-shirt, the Annual Chariot Race, Bake Sales as needed as fund raisers and possibly a movie night.
