Dr. Zulejka (Zulie) Baharev has been hired as the new Director of Special Services for the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District and will begin her tenure on August 20, 2018. She replaces Mary Pat Publicover who retired from the district on June 30, 2018. Dr. Baharev joins the district from the Hamilton Township School District where she was the Supervisor of Special Services and Programs. She earned her Masters and Doctoral degrees in Special Education from Rutgers University. She has over 20 years of experience in special education.
