Eve Glasergreen’s result in the 3,000-meter Championship of America race Thursday evening at the 121st running of the Penn Relays resulted in a 10th place overall in a time of 9 minutes, 57.93 seconds.
Also good for North Hunterdon was carrying a classy Penn Relays round plaque home after winning its heat in the 1,600-meter relay Thursday afternoon. The quartet of Esther Obidike, Anna DiMarcello, Maddy Wolf and Nicole Tampone dominated the race from the start and finished first easily in 4:14.41. It was the 204th best time of the 623 1,600-relays run Thursday at Penn.
