Topic: MOVE – Preparing for Fitness Testing

In this webinar, we will be covering all areas of pre-season fitness testing. From “Why is it necessary” to “How do I prepare” the goal is to arm coaches and athletes with information on evidence-based selection of testing protocols, and strategies to enter pre-season ready to train.
This series will be presented by Chris Gahagan and moderated by Coach Chrisman and Coach Jimenez. Pro-Activity is an Athletic Performance facility with a passion to improve fitness, strength and motivation of all athletes while reducing the risk of injury. Our programs include strategies to improve joint stability, cardiovascular fitness, muscle size/strength, speed and power development to improve sport performance and keep athletes on the field.
