Those taking the late bus home M/W/Th – please make sure that you are checking with the drivers as you get on as there are some days in which late bus routes are being combined. We will inform you when the transportation dept lets us know. V4 & V6 will be combined for the late bus route until after the holiday.
The Environmental Sustainability and Engineering Academy is fundraising with a homemade holiday soap sale, made by one of our own students! The soaps available include:
– A bag of 6 snowflakes (vanilla scented)
– Individual Christmas Trees (choice of vanilla or mint scent)
All orders will be distributed prior to winter break. Sale ends on December 10! To view photos of the soaps and to order, please check your email. Please contact Ms. Stillwell (rstillwell@nhvweb.net) or any ESEA student for more information!
There is a Giving Tree in the main office has a few tags left for families in our community. Please take a tag (or two) and sign the sheet with your name and contact information. Attention SHIP (Student High School Integration Program) our next meeting is Monday December 13th. We will plan the 8th Grade Visits to Voorhees and 8th Grade Parent Orientation.
German Club will be meeting Monday in room 255 to build gingerbread houses. All the basic parts will be supplied but students can bring extra if they’d like.
The 3rd math contest will be held virtually all of next week 12/13/21 – 12/17/21. Join Google Classroom to complete the contest on the Google Form. The contest closes at 2:30 pm on 12/17/21
The Music Department is hosting their annual winter concerts again this year. The schedule is as follows:
- December 14, 2021 – Winter Instrumental Concert will feature the Jazz Ensemble, String Ensemble, Concert Band, and Sending District Honors Band.
- December 16, 2021 – Winter Choral Concert will feature the Madrigals, Bass Choir, Show Choir, Freshmen Choir and Concert Choir.
Both will begin at 7pm in the Auditorium and are free to attend.
Key Club will be hosting a Cookie Walk after school on Friday, December 17th from 2:30-3:30. You can purchase a small bag of holiday cookies for $5 and a large bag for $10.
