Late Fall Planting

The garlic is in!

Yesterday we planted four varieties of garlic in our school garden.  And our soil-building winter cover crop has germinated.

Thanks to everyone who came to the last meeting – good work!

The Environmental Club will meet again after school Wednesday, October 24, at the garden. We’ll meet from 2:30 – 3:10.  If possible, wear clothes that can get a little dirty. Bring a friend if you can.  Remember, everyone is welcome, whether they’re already in the club or not.

If you’re interested, learn more about the winter cover crop we planted this week.

Fall at the Garden

The Environmental Club will meet after school this Wednesday, October 17, at the garden. We’ll meet from 2:30 – 3:10 to plant a winter cover crop, so if possible, wear clothes that can get a little dirty.
