Welcome to the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District Student Registration Form.

This form is used to request registration of a new student to the District. Parents of any incoming student must file this form to start the registration process of their children into the school district.

This registration form has eight pages that need to be completed in full (mandatory items are highlighted with an * in the form):
