Attention all students interested in auditioning for Jazz Ensemble: Auditions will take place next week. Sign-ups for audition times will be done during directed study today and tomorrow. If you are not in the music directed study, email Mr. Giannelli (or stop by and see him in the music area) to get an audition time assigned to you. Auditions will be completed on September 8th and the class roster will be closed at that point.
A reminder to all Polytech students that Polytech at Bartles and Central begins tomorrow. Please plan accordingly.

Picture day for grades 9-11 will be Thursday – August 31 in the auditorium. Order forms were distributed in English classes and are being emailed out as well. All underclassmen should have a photo taken for yearbook and ID purposes.
If you like Jeopardy, Knowledge Bowl, or trivia of any type, come to the first interest meeting of WHAM, the Voorhees Quiz Bowl team this Thursday after school in Room 223, or see Mr. Masser for info if you cannot attend.
Registration information for fall intramurals was sent out yesterday. Intramurals will start next Tuesday – Sept. 5.
The 3:15 buses will begin as of Wednesday, September 6. They run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (a change from last year). Until 9/6, the only bus after school is the one that leaves at 2:30.
Key Club is excited to see all of our new members as well as our returning members at our first meeting and ICE CREAM SOCIAL on September 6! Our classroom code is posted on the bulletin board by the gender neutral bathrooms. We are looking for volunteers for Back to School night as tour guides, greeters, and bake sale attendants on August 30 from 6-9. We are also looking for donations for our Back to School night bake sale. Please reach out to Mr. Collins, Ms. Smith, or any of the Key Club Officers with questions.
