Hi Voorhees Environmental Enthusiasts!!
Are you interested in helping the environment? Are you passionate about plastic bags? Would you rather grow things in a greenhouse? Do you want to rally around recycling? Do you wonder about wildlife? Is it hard to tolerate trash?. There are so many things that we can do that are environmentally focused that it is hard to know where to start. That is why we need you– your ideas, your concerns, your positive action. The Environmental club will hold a brief (virtual) introductory meeting TODAY at 1:30 pm. If you’re interested in playing girls lacrosse this spring contact Coach Clifton. You can email her (hcussen@nhvweb.net) or stop by her room 333. A virtual meeting is scheduled for TOMORROW at 1:30PM.

Calling all math-a-letes! The third math contest will be administered next week from Mon Dec 7th – Fri Dec 11. The contest closes at 3 pm on Friday so make sure to log onto the Google Classroom and complete the math contest.
The next French Club meeting is December 8th, 2020 at 1 pm. We will celebrate the Festival of Lights. There is also a google form on the French Club website asking about interest in a t-shirt (everyone is encouraged to fill out the form).
The Environmental Academy is having a Honey Fundraiser. If you’d like to help support the academy and local businesses by purchasing a unique gift, please see Ms. Clifton in room 333 (or email her at hcussen@nhvweb.net) or see an Environmental Academy student. Prices range from $6 to $15 per jar. Orders are being accepted until December 11.

2021 Yearbooks are available for purchase. Go to yearbookordercenter.com and enter school code 4917. The current cost is $85 but it will go up after Jan 1.
