For all interested students – Ms. Hardy – from the food services staff will be outside the cafe as you exit the building. She will have a lunch and breakfast (for the following day) available for all those interested. For those of you staying for athletics or activities, make sure to fill out the google form emailed again this morning.
Media Center will be CLOSED TODAY and Tuesday for AP testing. We will reopen on Wednesday 26.
German Club will hold the third and final part of its Mini Short Film Festival Thursday, May 27 at 2:00pm via Zoom. The Zoom link will be posted in the Google Classroom for German Club.
Attention all Marching Band members: If you are interested in a leadership position for the 2021 Season, check your email. Mr. Giannelli emailed all members a google form that you will need to fill out and submit by the end of the day TODAY. Once your submission is received, you will be sent further directions regarding the audition/interview process.
There will be a blood drive TOMORROW in the Front Gym from 7:45-1:45. Students 16 years of age or older can donate. 16 year olds must have a parent permission form completed – emailed 5/17 while 17 and 18 year olds can donate of their own accord. Please see the email to sign up for an appointment. Seniors – if you donate on the 25th or have donated at a NJ Blood Services blood drive this year, you’ll get a red cord for graduation.
Did you know that 40% of teens in New Jersey reach out for professional help regarding their mental health? While that is great, it also means that more than half of adolescents don’t seek treatment! If you or a friend needs mental health support a great place to start is your school counselor or the student assistance counselor, Ms. Lanzilotta. Coming up this week for mental health awareness week, on Wednesday check out the Media Center for some essential oil making. Then on Thursday come back to the Media Center for some calming coloring.
