Did you know that research has shown a strong link between social media and teen mental health problems? This is why it’s important to take a break from your screen! Go for a walk, listen to music, color or spend some quality time with your family instead. Coming up this week for Mental Health Awareness Month, join Ms. Lanzilotta in the Media Center all day tomorrow for a make your own stress ball workshop. Then on Thursday come join us in the Guidance office for an all day Meditation Workshop which will be held in the Mindfulness room!
