2) Key club is collecting donations for Childhood Cancer Awareness for Ronald Mcdonald House and Goryeb Children’s Cancer Center. Please bring any requested items or gift cards to the nurse’s office today.
3) This weekend is the “Midnight in Paris” homecoming dance. Don’t forget to purchase your tickets BY FRIDAY using the BookTix website. Reach out to Mrs. Luick or Ms. Baratta with any questions.
4) If you are interested in joining the boys or girls North Swim Team there will be an interest meeting on Wednesday, October 14th at 2:30 in rm 217.
5) Attention Freshmen! If you are interested in becoming a class officer, please pick up an election packet from Mrs. Stell, Mr. Lelko, the guidance office or online starting today Friday, October 2nd. If you want to be more involved in the school, become class president, vice president, treasurer, secretary or historian, this is your time to shine! Pick up your packets starting Friday!!

8) Calling all Music Makers and Movers! The North Hunterdon Golden Lions Marching Band is hosting a friends night for all interested high school students. Free food and entry into the Homecoming football game. No experience in band instruments or color guard is necessary. See Mr. Hopta, Mr. Carroll, or any band member for more information.
9) Want to get PINK for the homecoming game tomorrow? Thespian Honor Society will be face painting near the snack shack starting at 6pm. Bring $2 and show your North Spirit!
10) On Friday, October 23rd, there will be a field trip to Hunterdon County Polytech for any sophomore or junior interested in learning more about Polytech programs. All sophomores, juniors, and their parents have been emailed a permission slip. All permission slips must be handed to Ms. Fisher in the counseling office by October 9 for students who wish to attend the trip.
11) North Hunterdon FH Varsity defeated Warren Hills 9–0. Leading the way in scoring was Paisley Testa with 5 goals and 1 assist, followed by Katie Sampson with 1 goal and 3 assists. Brielle Madriz, Kendall Young, and Ellie Hardiman each scored 1 goal, while Logan Hale added 1 assist. The Lady Lions came out strong with great midfield and defensive pressure from Lauren Tomson, Kaylee McIsaac, Abigail Bisson, and Ellie Hardiman. Defensively, the team recorded their second straight shutout of the season, anchored by Riley Wrba, Ava Readie, and Cora Sampson. The Lions take on Madison away on Tuesday!
