1) There will be a cheese wheel promo during lunch today in cafe B.
2) All juniors interested in Powder Puff flag football should attend an interest meeting in Room 153 after school today. If you cannot CC make the meeting or have questions, reach out to Mrs. Exley or Mrs. Luick.
3) Habitat for Humanity will NOT be meeting after school today. We will be rescheduling our first meeting for next week. Stay tuned for an update!
4) The Fall Math SAT review class will have our first session today in room 154 from 2:30-4.
5) North’s art club will have its first meeting today after school in room 132! If you’re interested in art or meeting new creative people, come join us! Snacks will be provided.
6) The Spanish club’s first meeting will be this Thursday Sept. 17 in room 221 after school. We hope to see you there!
7) Chess club will meet this Thursday after school in room 151.
8) Key club will be meeting on Thursday after school in cafe B.
9) Student Council will meet this Thursday, Sept 17th in room 156 after school.
10) A representative from Lafayette College will be at North on Thursday, Sept. 17th, from 10:45-11:45. If you are interested in meeting with her, please see Ms. Fisher in Counseling.
11) There will be a brief girls’ basketball interest meeting on September 17th in room 130 immediately after school. If you can not make it, please reach out to Coach Matisak, Coach Furman, or Coach Thorsen for information.
12) Are you interested in being a part of the stage crew or tech booth for the fall play? If so, come to our interest meeting on Thursday, Sept. 17th at 2:30pm in the theater. No previous experience is required! If you have any questions, email Mrs. Hopta.
13) Get ready for Midnight in Paris! Join us for the Homecoming Dance on Saturday, October 3rd from 6-9pm. Tickets are $25 through Sept. 22nd, then increase to $35. Purchase your tickets through BookTix. There will be no admittance allowed after 7pm!
14) Interested in fashion, styling, design, sewing, or just being creative? Fashion Club is happening! Come see what it’s all about this year! Our first meeting is Wednesday, September 23 after school in Room 228. Parents/guardians must register students through Aspen.
15) Northern Lights Art and Literary Magazine will hold it’s first meeting on Thursday, September 24rd, at 2:30 pm in room 108. If you are interested in editing and publishing our school magazine, please join us! Email Mrs. Rhoads or Mr. Shoemaker with any questions!
