2) Friendship Day forms are now available! Please go to Mrs. Marron’s room, 001. The sign-up forms are on the table outside the room. Forms are due Friday, October 17th.
3) Are you taking the SAT in November? Join Mrs. Fortugno for SAT English prep this Friday, October 17th and next Friday, October 25th in Room 015. We will meet from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. See you there!

5) All Seniors: Rider University will be on campus the morning of Tuesday, November 11th, for Instant Decision Day! You must have a GPA of 82% or higher. Apply by November 8th if you haven’t already. Submit a transcript release form to your counselor. See Ms. Fisher or your counselor to set up an appointment. Check your email for more details.
6) Congratulations to the North gymnastics team on their last meet of the season against Hillsborough! A big shout out to Truth Aponte, for clinching her spot in the All-Around State Tournament happening in November. Good luck, Truth!
7) All of the following meetings are happening today, Thursday, October 16th, right after school:
– Boys Winter Track will meet in Room 014.
– The Biology Olympiad will meet in Room 205.
– The Winter Track & Field interest meeting will meet in Room 135A.
– The Computer Science Club will meet in Room 212.
– The preseason Ice Hockey team meeting will be in the Library. Please email Coach Martori if you have any questions or cannot attend.
8) All of the following meetings are happening next week:
– Girls’ Winter Basketball will have an introductory meeting on Tuesday, October 21st, right after school in Room 130. If you can’t attend but are interested, please see or email Coach Matisak, Coach Furman, or Coach Thorsen.
– ASL Club will hold a meeting on Wednesday, October 22nd, in Room 010 right after school.
– The girls fencing team is looking for students who are interested in trying a new sport. More than 75% of the team starts fencing during their freshman year, and we are looking for you! There will be a short information meeting on Wednesday, October 22nd, after school in Cafeteria B. Please reach out to Coach Millhiser or Coach Semanchik if you have any questions.
– A Boys’ Fencing meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd, after school in Room 125 for all returning AND any students interested in joining the team. Please see Mr. McKinnon with questions or additional information.
