1) To avoid long lines at the football game tonight, please bring exact change, $2 for students and $3 for adults.
2) The counselors will be available L1 and L2 in the Counseling conference room today, Friday, September 12th for any senior who still has questions about Common App, STARS Self Report, College Applications or SCOIR after the senior college meetings that were held on September 9th and 10th.
3) North’s offering 2 great Fall intramural programs. Weight room and a NEW 3 on 3 Intramural Basketball league. Registration is open in ASPEN.
4) Are you interested in taking voice lessons or instrumental lessons? Private lessons are available to add to your schedule! Scan the QR code on the posters around the school to sign up by today, Sept. 12th! All levels are welcome!
5) Do you like music? Do you love school spirit? Come hang with the Golden Lions Marching Band at tonight’s home football game. We will eat pizza, make music and cheer for the football team! No experience necessary; see any member of the Golden Lions – or Mr. Hopta – for more information.
6) The Fall Math SAT review class will have our first session on Monday, September 15th. We will be in room 154 from 2:30-4pm.
7) The Red Cross Club will be having their first meeting of the year on Monday, Sept. 15th in Room 250 after school. Come join us!
8) Love fashion? Join us Wednesday, September 17th after school in Room 228 for our first Fashion Club meeting! Parent permission in Aspen is required. Google Classroom code: 5fzvqqt.
9) There will be an Interest Meeting for Stage and Tech Crew for the Fall Show on Wednesday, September 17th in the theater promptly at 2:30. If you are interested in running lights and sound, helping out backstage with set building, props, and more, come to the meeting to find out more! 10) ESL Buddies Club also known as ESL Peer Tutoring will be having its first meeting on Wednesday, September 17th after school in Room 224. We are looking forward to a great year! See Mrs. Naples with questions.
11) The first Computer Science Club meeting will be Thursday, September 18th at 2:30 in room 212.
