It’s no top secret that student-athletes have hectic lives. A normal day starts with a glass of OJ, cereal and a bagel, then off to school and off to practice\game afterwards. After a couple hours of competing, it’s time to fit in homework, dinner, a little Glee, Degrassi or perhaps The Big bang Theory, studying for that math quiz and off to bed to do it all over again tomorrow.
With this kind of everyday schedule, it’s easy to see how learning effective time management is a very valuable skill for student-athletes.
