If you are completing paperwork now for intramurals or non co-curricular activities for the Nurses’ Office you can still access the Physical forms, Diabetic Management Form, Emergency Contact Form Emergency Contact Form, Epinephrine Form Epinephrine Form, Health Office Requirements Health Office Requirements, Inhaler Form, Over the Counter Medication Scoliosis Parent Form, etc. via the Health Office website. This will be removed once spring sports begins.

Next Thursday, 12/10/15 Lenape Valley Reg.H.S. will host Jack Renkens from Recruiting Realities. Jack is a nationally recognized motivational and educational speaker who knows how difficult it can be to guide athletes and parents through the recruiting process. Jack has given presentations at thousands of high schools and conferences. Jack will reveal current strategies on how to navigate the process and will explain how to educate parents, students, counselors and coaches alike. There is no charge for this program, it is open to the public and hopefully the word will get out and have a great turnout.
