Tomorrow 156 senior athletes will receive certificates from The National Collegiate Athletic Association and the National Federation of State High School Associations. North Hunterdon HS is honored to give out the senior names of our National Student Athletes for Academics and Sports.

National STUDENT-Athlete Day – April 6th is a program of the National Consortium for Academics and Sports and is co-sponsored with The NCAA, the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), and Northeastern University’s Center for the Study of Sport in Society.

These organizations recognize those North Hunterdon High School senior athletes who have achieved excellence in academics (3.0 GPA and above) and in athletics, while making significant contributions to the community.  Congratulations to those senior athletes.

Congratulations to the 4 by 800 team of Maddie Wolf, Ellie DiMarcello, Angela Kearsley, and Anna DiMarcello for their 7th place finish at the New Balance Indoor Nationals this past Saturday at the New York City Armory.  The girls ran a total time of 9 minutes and 10 seconds to break the all time Hunterdon County record as well as completing the Indoor season with the fastest time in the state of New Jersey.  Great job girls for your hard work and your dedication to each other.
