Hunterdon County track preview for state relays, 2017

Posted: | Entry Type: Post

Also in the Group 4 boys meet, look for talented distance runner Ray Sellaro. The North Hunterdon junior owns a season best and NJ No. 7 800 time of 1:59.9 800 from the East Stroudsburg Warrior Classic, and he’ll propel the 4×800 relay, which has posted a NJ No. 17 8:20 at the Molloy Stanner Games.

The North Hunterdon girls are probably Hunterdon County’s best bet to score points in the Group 4 girls meet. Senior Anna DiMarcello and sophomores Ellie DiMarcello and Angela Kearsley return from a team that placed fourth in the 4×800 at state last season, and those girls were three big reasons why North captured county, conference and sectional cross-country titles this past fall.
