This program is for students attending school in New Jersey who are pursuing studies in the fields of STEM (science, technology, engineering or math), have a 3.5 G.P.A. or higher, are in grades from rising high school sophomores to graduate students (not older than 25), and who can show a demonstrated interest in STEM. In addition to submitting the completed application, the applicant must also submit the following: Resume; Certified Transcript (may be mailed separately to 127 Main Street Chatham, NJ 07928); and Reference Letter (optional). There is no cost. If you are chosen as a scholar, you will be required to attend the four conferences of the Governor’s STEM Scholars and complete a research project.
