AP testing is coming up soon as well so be prepared to be without the Media Center.\u00a0 Please check your email for more details.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Today we proudly celebrate <\/span><b>School Lunch Hero Day<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and recognize the amazing cafeteria team who work hard every day to serve our students with care, kindness, and dedication. From early mornings to busy lunch periods, our food service staff help keep our school running by preparing meals, greeting students, and creating a positive experience each day. Please join us in thanking our lunch heroes for everything they do! Happy School Lunch Hero Day to our incredible cafeteria staff!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Attention all students &#8211; TODAY is the last day to hand in your community service hours to Mrs. Hughes in the Counseling Office. Any late submissions after today will not be accepted and you will not get an award.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A reminder to Seniors that there will be an announcement at 10:25 for seniors that would like to participate in the Decision Day photo to join us out on the turf. You\u2019ll be back for L1.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">History Honor Society will be running our Field of Flags Memorial Day fundraiser to honor our fallen soldiers, and all proceeds will go to our Local VFW 5119. Flags will be placed outside Voorhees High School before Memorial Day weekend.Flags can be purchased throughout this week during L1 and L2\u00a0 or directly to Mrs Bischoff.\u00a0 1 flag is $1.00, and 6 flags are $5.00<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Juniors &amp; Seniors &#8211; A reminder that the deadline for Prom ticket sales is\u00a0 Monday May 4th. Please check your email or the VHS website for ticket ordering information. If your email isn&#8217;t valid it is because you have an obligation to TRC or the Media Center so that needs to be dealt with first.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Math SAT Help meets MONDAYS after school in room 340<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Photography Club will meet after school Wednesday May 6 in room 240.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Diversity Club will meet WEDNESDAYS after school in room 321.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Images will be meeting in the Media Center WEDNESDAYS at 2:30.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Art Club will be meeting after school WEDNESDAYS in Room 243.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Class of 2029 is hosting a Movie Night on the turf which is open to all grades on Friday, May 15th.\u00a0 Tickets are $5 which gets you popcorn and water or soda.\u00a0 The event begins at 7:00 and Kona Ice Food Truck and Marley\u2019s Pizza Food Truck will be here for additional purchases.\u00a0 To purchase tickets please find a Class of 2029 Council Member or purchase from Mr. Collins in room 262 or Mrs. Kerr in room 317.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 The Media Center will be closed TODAY Friday 5\/1 due to an event going on.\u00a0 There will be no student printing.
