Thank you!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8220;Attention basketball players.\u00a0 Tryouts begin TODAY with the girls practicing in the main gym from 3:10-5:00 and the boys from 5:00-7:00.\u00a0 Please be changed and ready to go!&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Check your email to register for Winter Intramurals.\u00a0 They begin Wednesday, Nov 30.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">TODAY is the last day for the Key Club perishable food drive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Donated goods will be used to prepare Thanksgiving meals for families in need throughout our community. Food can be dropped off in the bins outside of the main cafeteria until\u00a0 3:10 pm. All items (turkeys and all the fixings) will be accepted. Make sure that you label items (or the bags the items are in) with your name. There will be three prizes associated with the perishable food drive:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">First place = 4 season passes to all home sporting events this school year<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Second place =\u00a0 2 season passes to all home sporting events this school year<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Third place = 1 season pass to all home sporting events this school year.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Student Advocates for Speech will be meeting TODAY\u00a0 during L1 and L2 in the media center &#8211; you are welcome to go during direct study or lunch but you must report to your lab.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">WHAM meeting TODAY\u00a0 in Mr. Masser&#8217;s room (223) and there will be free cookies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Habitat for Humanity is having a bake sale TODAY\u00a0 This will occur after school. Don&#8217;t forget to bring money, everything will be $1<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Korba Cup intramural hockey season will begin on December 5th. Captains &#8211; if you have a team together, email Mr. Makoski for instructions and to be added to the hockey google classroom. Teams are due by 2:25 on Friday December 2.\u00a0 For anyone that isn\u2019t part of a team, email Mr. Makoski because he\u2019s looking to create some or fill in teams.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Environmental Sustainability and Engineering Academy is hosting a handmade holiday soap fundraiser! These soaps are handmade by one of our students. There is a SignUpGenius link that you were emailed where anyone can fill a slot and donate a specific item. <\/span><b>Sign-ups are until November 28<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><b>donations are to be brought to Voorhees High School no later than December 1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0 Donations can be dropped off in the Main Office.
