JV plays at 4 and Varsity at 5:30.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dig for a Cure&#8221; is a volleyball event held to support, fund, and raise awareness for the Susan G. Komen Foundation (Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation) at schools and in communities.\u00a0 The volleyball program will be selling t-shirts today during lunches..<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The sophomore class is holding a car wash this Saturday from 9:00-12:00.\u00a0 Sophomores, please check your emails to sign up to help and for a chance to get service hours<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Calling all Math-a-letes!\u00a0 The FIRST NJ Math League Contest is being held next week!\u00a0 Log into Google Classroom, (CODE: \u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">vio7mkf<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0 ) and complete the contest via Google Form.\u00a0 The contest will be open beginning on Monday 10\/17\/22 and close on Friday 10\/21\/22 promptly at 2:30 pm.\u00a0 Get your Math spirit on!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">SpiritFest starts on Monday.\u00a0 It is Twin Day so find your look a like.\u00a0 The Penny Wars competition begins &#8211; look for jugs to drop your coins in the main office.\u00a0 The Key Club Food Drive also begins so bring in all those non-perishable goods to be donated to local families &#8211; look for bins across from the elevator on the first floor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Next Spanish Club Bake Sale: Monday, October 17th afterschool in the mall area.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A reminder to Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors that Picture Retake\/Makeup Day is Tuesday, October 18 from 10am to 1pm in room 135.\u00a0 If you need order forms, they are available in the main office.\u00a0 If you are having a retake, you need to bring your original package with $5.\u00a0 Please check your email for details.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Anyone interested in boys or girls swimming should attend a meeting after school on Wednesday Oct. 19 at 2:30 in room 325.\u00a0 If anyone has any questions, please see Ms. Leonelli, Mr. Hanley or Ms. Fontana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">There will be an informational meeting on Wednesday, October 19th for anyone interested in joining the girl&#8217;s fencing team. This year, your pumpkin must portray a scene from a horror\/thriller novel or movie. They can be painted or carved. The top three pumpkins will win a gift card. Please bring them on Wednesday and Thursday, October 26 and 27. Judging will be after school on the 27th and pick up will be the 28th.
