On Saturday, the boys cross country team won the North Jersey, Group 2 Sectional championship title, placing 1st out of 17 teams.\u00a0 Individually, seniors Jack Tavaglione and Matt Deacon placed 2nd and 4th respectively.\u00a0 Rounding out the top 7 for the Vikes were junior Will Keiser, senior John Newell, sophomore Connor Vecchiarelli, and seniors Ricky Strange and Evan Masiello.\u00a0 The boys head to the Group 2 State Championship this Saturday at Holmdel Park.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Girls Cross Country Team placed 1st at the North Jersey Section 2 State Championships on Saturday 11\/6 at Oak Ridge Park in Clark, NJ.<\/span><\/p>\n

The team consisted of:<\/span><\/p>\n

Kerrigan Brennan – 3rd<\/span><\/p>\n

Sonia Marran – 4th<\/span><\/p>\n

Alina Staten – 5th<\/span><\/p>\n

Emmy Beard – 8th<\/span><\/p>\n

Rylan Brennan – 11th<\/span><\/p>\n

Amy Lynch – 27th<\/span><\/p>\n

Giulianna Cometto – 29th<\/span><\/p>\n

This qualifies the girls to the Group 2 State Meet next Saturday 11\/13 at Holmdel Park.\u00a0 Congratulations, ladies!<\/span><\/p>\n

Boys Soccer team defeated Monmouth on PKs last Thursday in the Sectional Quarterfinals.\u00a0 They\u2019ll be hosting Holmdel this evening at 5 in the Semifinal.\u00a0 Good luck gentlemen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
