Attention all skiers and snowboarders. The VHS Ski and Snowboard Club are hosting meetings about our upcoming\u00a0trips to Camelback and Killington\u00a0Vermont. Please attend one of the meetings for information. Next meeting will be TODAY<\/strong> at 2:30 in room 144.<\/p>\n

\u201cCome to the next Model UN meeting TODAY<\/strong> in room 312 \u2013 remember, your completed paperwork and deposit check are due!\u201d<\/p>\n

Seniors, please check the College tab to view scholarships listed in Naviance on the Scholarship List. Students considering UVA, please view the UVA Jefferson Scholars Program in the list. It is due November 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Do you want to create some artwork, but don’t have the supplies at home? Do you have a project to work on, but don’t have the space to spread out? Open Art Room is available on Mondays & Wednesday in room 243 from 2:30-3:10<\/p>\n

\u201cThe First Math Contest for the year will be held TODAY <\/strong>after school in room 334. All students are encouraged to participate. Come on out to test your mathematical aptitude on some challenging question. Ask your math teacher or Mr. Unger for details or to answer any questions you may have. Allow at least 15 minutes to complete the contest. If you cannot make it Monday, you will have Wednesday and Thursday after school as make-up times. Hope to see you then.\u201c<\/p>\n

FBLA meeting after school on Wednesday Oct 17<\/strong> in room 322.\u00a0 All membership dues were due last week so all members need to pay Mrs. Hartman ASAP.<\/p>\n

Once again FBLA will placing flags outside the grassy knoll in honor of veterans day.\u00a0 If you would like to sponsor a flag you can contact any FBLA member,<\/p>\n

Joe Sernas or Mrs. Hartman.\u00a0 It is $2 to sponsor a flag and all donations are tax deductible.<\/p>\n
