The Meyerhoff Scholars Program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) is currently accepting nominations.\u00a0 Applicants must have:<\/p>\n
*at least a B average in college preparatory math\/science courses<\/p>\n
*outstanding SAT scores<\/p>\n
*a genuine interest in science<\/p>\n
*plan to pursue doctoral studies in (Ph.D. or the combined MD\/Ph.D) in a STEM field<\/p>\n
The Meyerhoff Scholars Program awards range from $10,000-22, 000 per year for out of state students.<\/p>\n

The VHS Ski and Snowboard Club are hosting meetings about our upcoming\u00a0trips to Camelback and Killington\u00a0Vermont. Please attend one of the meetings for information. Meetings are October 10th, 11th, and 15th<\/strong> at 2:30 in room 144.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n FCCLA is rootin’ for you this school year! Come enjoy a Root Beer Float outside the cafe after school on Thursday 10\/4<\/strong> for $2 a cup.
