{"id":8668,"date":"2026-02-06T10:41:41","date_gmt":"2026-02-06T15:41:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nhvweb.net\/vhs\/home\/?p=8668"},"modified":"2026-02-06T11:52:39","modified_gmt":"2026-02-06T16:52:39","slug":"vhs-junior-senior-prom-tickets-are-live","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nhvweb.net\/vhs\/home\/vhs-junior-senior-prom-tickets-are-live\/","title":{"rendered":"VHS Junior\/Senior Prom Tickets Are Live"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dear Voorhees Classes of 2026, 2027 and their Parents\/Guardians,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The VHS Class of 2027 will be hosting this year\u2019s Junior\/Senior Prom at ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks in Bethlehem, Pa. on&nbsp;<strong>Friday, June 5, 2026.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The prom will include dinner and dancing from 6pm to 10pm.&nbsp; The Junior class has been actively fundraising to keep this year\u2019s prom ticket costs at $130 each. All VHS Juniors and Seniors that are in good academic\/disciplinary standing and are free from any monetary obligations are eligible to purchase ticket(s).&nbsp; Freshmen, Sophomores, and Non-VHS Students are able to attend (with proper documentation) so long as they are the guest of a VHS Junior or Senior. This year, tickets will be purchased online at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/omella.com\/8hzrv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/omella.com\/8hzrv<\/a>.&nbsp; Tickets can be purchased through the use of a credit\/debit card (for a small fee) or through the use of a bank account (no fee).&nbsp; Ticket sales will close on&nbsp;<strong>Monday, May 4<\/strong>.&nbsp; Tickets are non-refundable.&nbsp; We wanted&nbsp;to get this information out early so that you may plan accordingly with all the events that occur near the end of the school year.&nbsp; Reminders will be sent throughout the next 3 months.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Those eligible to purchase tickets:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1)\u00a0\u00a0Voorhees Juniors &amp; Seniors in good academic\/disciplinary standing and without monetary obligations (library, TRC, etc)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Check Aspen (the Transactions tab) to see if you have any outstanding obligations \u2013 bring payments to the necessary location\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>To purchase tickets<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1)Go to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/omella.com\/8hzrv\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/omella.com\/8hzrv<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Enter a valid student email address &#8211; all emails are validated to ensure only eligible students may purchase ticket(s) or have a guest ticket purchased for them.\u00a0 If you are unable to proceed past your email address it is because you owe some sort of financial obligation.\u00a0 Please contact Marc McGeehan\u00a0@\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:mmcgeehan@nhvweb.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mmcgeehan@nhvweb.net<\/a>\u00a0with any questions.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) Complete the required information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) If you would like to purchase a guest ticket for another VHS student, they will need to complete the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1Z_HjzT5IOH42KbJ_9p2hofFRkmHsj3Er\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">VHS Prom 2026 Permission &amp; Breathalyzer Form<\/a>\u00a0and you\u2019ll need to upload it on the Omella page in the indicated location<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5) If you would like to purchase a guest ticket for a Non-VHS student, a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1oU5nQzENEwBS3s2p3DiE4IfAaeg6lt7w\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">VHS Prom 2026 Non-VHS Guest Form<\/a>\u00a0will need to be signed by a VHS Administrator in order to purchase both the VHS Student and the Outside Guest\u2019s tickets.\u00a0 All guests must be under the age of 21. Middle school students are not allowed. Once signed, the VHS student as well as their parents\/guardians will be emailed a Guest Code.\u00a0 That code needs to be entered on the Omella page and the completed form must also be uploaded in the indicated location.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6) Forms Do NOT need to be uploaded if you\u2019re purchasing a single ticket (the digital signatures take their place).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7) Tickets that are purchased with a credit\/debit card will be subject to a processing fee.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8) A receipt will be sent to both the student email as well as the parent\/guardian email. The receipt will have a QR code that can be scanned to check in upon arrival at the prom.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Receipts can be printed or can be shown on a cell phone to check in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Seating at prom:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>    1)\u00a0Like previous years, there will be open seating at prom.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>     2) Tables near the dance floor generally have 12 seats.\u00a0 Tables on the balcony above the dance floor generally have 4-6 seats.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>     3) \u00a0Tables will be placed on the outside balcony only if necessary due to the number of attendees.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>     4)  Tables\/seats are available on a first come, first served basis upon arrival to the prom.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Rules for prom attendees:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>     1) Voorhees High School students must attend school on June 5, 2026 beginning with the first period. Any exceptions must have Mr. Peterson\u2019s written approval in advance. All students will be dismissed at 11:55am on June 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>     2) Voorhees students should be aware that a random breathalyzer test will be administered at the prom upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>     3) Students must arrive at the prom by 7:00pm. No student will be admitted to the prom after that time. Chaperones will notify parents\/guardians if students have not arrived by 7:00pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>     4) Once an individual leaves the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks, they will not be readmitted to the prom. Students must stay in the designated prom area while in attendance and are not to wander throughout the facility.\u00a0 If a student forgets something in their car, they will be escorted by a chaperone to retrieve it.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>     5) Anyone consuming, possessing or under the influence of alcohol and\/or drugs will not be permitted to attend or remain at the prom, and will be prosecuted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>    6) Proper attire (formal dress) must be worn for the duration of the prom. This includes, but is not limited to suits, tuxedos, long\/short dresses.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>    7) The prom is an extension of the school, and all school rules regarding conduct apply.
