Our \u201cBack to School Night\u201d is scheduled for Wednesday, August 30, 2023 beginning at 6:30pm.\u00a0 This year you have the option of attending in-person or watching teacher-made videos about their classes from the comfort of your home. Videos will be available on the Voorhees homepage, <\/span>https:\/\/www.nhvweb.net\/vhs\/home\/<\/span><\/a>, on August 30th.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

For those of you attending in-person, <\/span>parents will report to their child\u2019s Block 1 class at 6:30pm.<\/b>\u00a0 We will begin our night promptly with some brief announcements.\u00a0 Following the opening remarks, the schedule will continue with your child\u2019s first block class.\u00a0 Just outside of the cafeteria is the mall area where you can meet our administrators and counseling staff.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Please print and bring a copy of your child\u2019s schedule<\/b>.\u00a0To print a copy of your child\u2019s schedule from Aspen, please follow these steps: click on the Family top tab, click on student’s name, click on Schedule side tab, then click on Reports at the top, and select Student Schedule Matrix Portal-4DayRotated; in the new window that appears, select Semester 1, then Run. You will be following your student’s schedule in block order. We are not following a particular day\u2019s schedule as you are meeting teachers in all 8 blocks in your child\u2019s schedule, while only 6 blocks meet each day. <\/span>Click here to view the block numbers across a sample schedule<\/span><\/a> to help you identify your student’s classes in block order.<\/span><\/p>\n
