Below is information for the Class of 2021 and their parents\/guardians for graduation and other end of year information.<\/p>\n

Seniors –\u00a0<\/p>\n

We are just a few weeks away from your grand finale.\u00a0 With that being said, I wanted to share with you the pertinent information\u00a0you’ll need about what things will look like this June.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

So, here are two documents you’ll want to look at thoroughly:<\/p>\n

  1. Class of 2021 Graduation Letter <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Class of 2021 End of Year Information <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \u00a0<\/p>\n

      These documents will give you just about all the information\u00a0you’ll need regarding Senior Awards night, graduation practice, what you should wear for graduation, what time you’ll need to be here, tickets, etc.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/p>\n

      As of right now, I have to prepare a graduation that allows us to maintain social distancing and we are still required to wear masks (per Executive Order No. 241).\u00a0 So, I was on the field with chairs yesterday\u00a0afternoon mapping things out.\u00a0 I’ve got a plan that I think will allow us to celebrate your achievements while offering a unique\u00a0view of the ceremony to your guests.\u00a0 It will look different from the previous 44 years of VHS graduations for sure.\u00a0 If the executive orders change between now and June 11 (graduation practice) then we’ll make adjustments.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

      For now, please take a look at both of these documents – CAREFULLY<\/u><\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/p>\n

      For those of you that are going to receive an award at Senior Awards Night<\/strong> (Thursday, June 3 at 7<\/strong>), I will be sending an invitation to both you and your parents\/guardians early next week.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/p>\n

      All of you need to make arrangements to be here for Graduation Practice <\/strong>on Friday, June 11 <\/strong>beginning at 1pm.\u00a0 Of the roughly 100 of you that actually answered the survey, 78% of you selected that date. There are a number of important things that will take place at practice so take the day off work, show up, pay attention, don’t cause a distraction, and we can get out of here by 3pm.\u00a0 If you have a legitimate conflict, we need to have a conversation before June 7.<\/strong>\u00a0Without that conversation, a no show at practice could jeopardize you walking on June 16.\u00a0<\/p>\n

      \u00a0<\/p>\n
