Our annual \u201cBack to School Night\u201d is scheduled for Thursday, September 5.\u00a0 All parents will report to their child\u2019s Block 1 class at 7:00pm.<\/strong>\u00a0 We will begin our night promptly with our opening messages broadcasted into the classrooms from our television station.\u00a0 Following the opening remarks, the schedule will continue with your child\u2019s Block 1 class.\u00a0 Refreshments will be served throughout the evening in the cafeteria.\u00a0 Just outside of the cafeteria is the mall area where you can meet our administrators and guidance staff.<\/p>\n

Please review your child\u2019s schedule sequence and print a copy<\/strong>.\u00a0To print the\u00a0schedule from Aspen, please follow these steps: click on Family top tab, click on student’s name, click on Schedule side tab, then click on Reports at the top, and select Student Schedule Matrix Portal-4Day Rotated; in the new window that appears, select first semester then Run.<\/p>\n

Please note that we are not<\/u> following a particular day\u2019s schedule as you will have the opportunity to meet with teachers of all eight blocks in your child\u2019s schedule.\u00a0 To view the block numbers on a sample schedule, see photo below.<\/p>\n
