The following links contain registration information. Players must register through aspen and complete the following documents in order to play in the Spring of 2018. DO NOT WAIT\/SAVE THIS FOR THE LAST MINUTE! Read thoroughly and be sure to meet all requirements and deadlines. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Concussion Testing<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

All players are required to have an up to date baseline concussion test on file. \u00a0Players must schedule and take this baseline test before the first day of practice to be able to participate. \u00a0Players can schedule a time to test with our trainers Keith Skinner and Steve Syrstad.<\/p>\n

Helmet Waivers<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Players who elect to purchase their own helmets must buy the team helmet in the colors Cardinal and Gold and must complete the helmet waiver form that is attached below. \u00a0Universal Lacrosse can provide the team helmet in the correct colors as depicted below. \u00a0They also have a great turnaround time.<\/p>\n

Player-Parent Guidelines and Expectations<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

All players\u00a0MUST<\/strong> review, sign, and return\u00a0the player-parent guidelines and expectations before they will be permitted to practice with the team.<\/p>\n

Travel Release Form<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In order for a player to leave any away event with a parent, the form below must be filled out, signed by the athletic office, and given to the coach\u00a0prior to the event.<\/em>\u00a0 Players are strongly encouraged to take the bus home from team events, but if they must leave with a parent it is acceptable with the above protocol.<\/p>\n
