furthering and improving student participation in student government and community service.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This association is affiliated with the National Association of Student Councils (NASC) and the New Jersey Association of Student Councils (NJASC).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Student Council raises funds for the State Charity.&nbsp; This year\u2019s State Charity is Booksmiles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.booksmiles.org\">https:\/\/www.booksmiles.org<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Meetings: 1st and 3rd <\/strong><strong>Thursdays <\/strong><strong>of the month at 2:30 in room 151-A as well as during L1 and L2 on those days in room 156 (if you cannot stay after school. )&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Advisor Contact: Tara McGourty &#8211;
