Rooted in the post-Civil War origins of Decoration Day, the parade steps off at 10:00 AM from the intersection of Church and Main streets.<\/p>\n<p>The procession features local veterans&#8217; groups, civic organizations, and classic emergency vehicles, with the 2026 musical lineup highlighted by both the <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>Hunterdon Central Regional High School marching band<\/strong><\/span> and the <span style=\"color: #339966\"><strong>North Hunterdon Golden Lions marching band.<\/strong><\/span> The march concludes at the historic Flemington Soldier Monument on the Flemington Green for a solemn memorial service, wreath-laying, and musical tributes.
