Dear Parents and Guardians:<\/span><\/p>\n

Please accept this letter as your invitation to our annual Back to School Night. \u00a0Our Back to School night will be held on<\/span> Tuesday, August 30th, for all grade 9-12<\/b> parents. There will only be one Back to School Night.\u00a0 We are also offering a virtual option for parents who choose not to attend or who are unable to attend.\u00a0 Each teacher is recording a video message about their class.\u00a0 These videos will be available on 8\/30\/22, and a link will be sent to inform parents where to find the videos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please print and bring a copy of your child\u2019s schedule to Back to School Night. \u00a0To print a copy of your child\u2019s schedule from Aspen, please follow these steps: click on the Family top tab, click on your student’s name, click on the Schedule side tab, then click on Reports at the top, and select Student Schedule Matrix Portal-4DayRotated; in the new window that appears, select first semester then Run. You will be following your student’s schedule in block order. Please <\/span>click here to view the block numbers<\/span><\/a> across a sample schedule to help you identify your student’s classes in block order.<\/span><\/p>\n

The doors will be open at 6:30pm.\u00a0 Our various parent organizations will be set-up in The Mall.\u00a0 I encourage you to arrive early to learn about the many ways that parents can become part of our school community.\u00a0 The Back to School program will begin promptly at 6:45 p.m. with the start of Block 1.<\/span><\/p>\n
