Dear Parents\/Guardians of Incoming Freshmen:

The North Hunterdon-Voorhees technology department has now created all of\u00a0the student Aspen accounts and school Google email accounts for incoming freshmen. Their login information is\u00a0listed in your parent\u00a0Aspen account. Parents will find the information by logging into their parent Aspen account, clicking on Family top tab, clicking on student\u2019s name, then clicking on Technology tab along the top row. The Username and Password listed is for their student Aspen account, see screenshot below. School email address for student\u00a0is also listed and the password is the\u00a0same for the student\u2019s email address \u2013 students can log in through Gmail to access their school email account.

Please provide this information to your incoming freshman. They will also receive their account information with their Chromebook at Freshman Orientation on August 25, 2021. More information on Chromebooks and agreement forms will be sent out in the next week.<\/p>\n

For incoming freshmen who are participating in a fall sport or marching band, don’t forget to log into your student Aspen account to\u00a0complete the Sports Wellness Acknowledgement Form, which includes the opioid video requirement, for sports registration. To access the form, students log into their student Aspen account, click on Page Directory on left hand side, click on NH or VH Student, and then fill out the Sports Wellness Acknowledgement Form. This is the only form required for athletes to complete themselves for sports registration.
