He owns a shot put PR of 46-1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Sophomore\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/highschoolsports.nj.com\/player\/gavin-richards\/\" class=\"ext-link\" onclick=\"this.target=&#039;_blank&#039;;\">Gavin Richards<\/a>\u00a0is the only returning Lion with an individual title from last spring. He placed sixth in the H\/W\/S 1,600 before winning the North Jersey, Section 2, Group 4 mile in 4:20.76.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\">Senior\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/highschoolsports.nj.com\/player\/joe-gallo-2\/\" class=\"ext-link\" onclick=\"this.target=&#039;_blank&#039;;\">Joseph Gallo<\/a>\u00a0returns with the second-best 3,200 time in the conference (9:38.73).
